Here is how to memorize a to-do list with a memory palace

  1. Create a memory palace. If you need a quick memory palace, you can use a journey on your own body where the first location is your head, the second location is your forehead, the third location is your eye, and so on.
  2. Create a Mnemonic Image for each item in your to-do list.
  3. Place one mnemonic image in each location of your memory palace.
  4. To recall the list later, walk through your memory palace and convert the images back into your to-do items.
