Memory Journeys

A memory journey is a mental journey through a physical location. Mnemonic images are placed at specific locations along the journey. To recall the information later, one walks back through the journey and converts the mnemonic images back.

Memory Palaces

"Memory palace" is sometimes used interchangeably with "memory journey", but a memory palace is not necessarily a journey that you would physically walk along.
