The lunar cycle influences human sleep


Subjects were unaware of the purpose of the tests, and were unable to see the moon.

"We found that around full moon, electroencephalogram (EEG) delta activity during NREM sleep, an indicator of deep sleep, decreased by 30%, time to fall asleep increased by 5 min, and EEG-assessed total sleep duration was reduced by 20 min."

I grow a lot of body hair at full moons, and I have an overwhelming desire to eat raw meat. That doesn't seem to be mentioned in the treatise.
