System Remembering whats in my pockets

I'd start of by saying that I tend to forget all the time whats in my pockets. (Among other things...)

I wanted to link each pocket to something to help me remember but didn't know what "Peg" to use. Also, I try to make pleasant images for stuff i'll be using for a long time instead of asociating random stuff.

I recently came up with the idea of using the card types (Hears, Spades, Clubs & Dimonds). But I soon realised that they aren't enough symbols if you have a sweater, let alone a sweater & jacket.

I added the rest to make due. I uploaded the cheat sheet I use for reviewing.

Let me know if you find this useful or if you use another system!

Great idea. :)

I don't have a mnemonic system for that -- I just do things the exact same way each time.

Left pocket: phone, earphones, any small items that won't scratch the phone
Right pocket: pens, cards, papers, keys

Every five or so years I reverse what goes in the pockets. :)

Everything else goes in my backpack, which also has a specific location for everything.

Same for items around the house. I don't need to memorize where my keys are because there are only two possible place that they could be other than in my right pocket -- on a hook on the refrigerator (rare) or in a certain pocket in my backpack (only if something went wrong with my pocket).
