Hi, Some discussions on here about mind mapping but does anyone do the technique of sketchnotes.

Yes similar to mindmapping in a way but from my experience it is more fun and visually easier to recall later.
I really like the thought of hey anything goes and some of the examples you can see are really creative.
This technique would really suit people who love to doodle or draw, Personally done a fair number from TED talks and youtube videos as well as a few from the Hay book festival and find it ideal to encapsulate the talk or presentation. Due to it's visual style a blank A3 notepad I find is the best way of doing the sketchnotes.

Interesting. I tend to put drawings in my notes, but haven't really followed any system.
