sitting or laying on the floor ?

hi guy ,

i am newbie in mnemonics, i have questions :

1. are you laying on bed/chair when you were memorizing word ?
2. is there anyone here ( in mnemotechnics forum) polyglot ?
3 if any of you are polyglot , do you think lochi is better method of learning language compared to keyword /link?
4. how do do you memorize a word ? 1 second ? 1 minute
5. do you associate word you memorize in each lochi with voice?

You can do these techniques anywhere; on a bed, in a chair, on the bus, train, metro. Anywhere.

I would not consider myself a polyglot, but I speak Dutch, English, German, French and Swedish.Next to that a little bit of Icelandic, Nowegian and Danish.
I am fluent in Dutch, English and German, and fairly proficient in Swedish.

I use spaced repetition. For difficult words I link foreign words to the native ones.
