World Records at the 2013 Italian Memory Championships
Here are some of the world records that were broken at the 2013 Italian Memory Championships yesterday:
Five-Minute Binary Numbers
Previous record: Ben Pridmore with 930 digits
New Record: Johannes Mallow with 975 digits. Jonas von Essen, and Ola Kåre Risa also broke the previous record with 962 and 940 digits, respectively.
Five Minute Random Words
Previous Record: Boris Konrad with 114 words
New Record: Boris Konrad with 119 words. Simon Reinhard also broke the previous record with 118 words memorized.
15 Minute Numbers
Previous record: Ben Pridmore with 819 digits
New Record: Johannes Mallow with 912 digits
Abstract Images
Previous record: Johannes Mallow with 434 points
New record: Johannes Mallow with 440 points
Italian Records:
Mara Bresciani set the Italian record for 5 Minute Words at 40 words. She and Paolo Carnicelli tied with the Italian record for Names and Faces.
