Share good Documentaries!

I remember a post about movies in general, but nothing aimed at documentaries. If there already is such a post, I'd love a link :3

Share great documentaries here! No subject requirement, any lengths, can be a single documentary or a documentary in the form of a tv series, anything you want to let others see too. Movies that are based on a real life event do not count here, as those always tend to be altered by hollywood. Shows like Weird or What? and Ancient Aliens can be shared though, as I don't want to limit it to scientific documentaries.

To start off:
Strangest Weather on Earth
Great series showing all the weather phenomena you never thought could happen, offering both a straight to the point description and explanation. No ages of arguing about theories, but just a straight-foreward explanation.

Weird or What?
Probably one of my favorites. The show explains various strange happenings around earth and lets people from various backgrounds explain their theory on it. Its occurances and explanations for those touch both the scientific and the paranormal.

Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey
Through the Wormhole
Grouped these two, as both are great documentaries about life, the universe, etc. Very scientific in nature and while both sometimes tend to be rather basic, I found both very interesting.

Curiosity
A series of documentaries of various natures. Great for the people you just tend to be interested in everything. Party scientific, partly theoretical.

+1(if that's a thing xD) for Weird or What? It's a great show but I wouldn't exactly call it a documentary. Most documentaries about North Korea are quite good.

Can't wait to check some of those out. :)

I love Dimensions Math.

Another great one is How Far Away Is It?

Brian Greene has a lot of interesting videos.

I'm part-way through Sandy Denny: Under Review. (I've been binging on British folk rock for the past few months.)

I watch a lot of space and astrobiology documentaries. I'll try to think of some more titles.

Just watched Werner Herzog's new doc on Netflix. LO AND BEHOLD, all about the internet told in ten parts, covering from it's creation to internet addiction to how it will effect or future etc. Very good if you are interested in the topic and like Herzog's style.

I watched The Genius of George Boole recently, and it was interesting. Boole is my image for 625.
